1. Cut the stems of the flowers and take the inner part out.
Use the petals only.
2. Cut the flowers lengthwise into two parts. Rinse in water. Let all the water drain.
3. Make the batter using rice flour, salt, ajwain and chilli powder using little
amount of water.
4. Dip the flowers in the batter one by one and coat them with batter completely.
5. Deep fry in hot oil till done.
6. Enjoy it with some tamarind chutney. |
